If KeePassium shows "Content Unavailable"
This article describes what to do if KeePassium file selection dialog shows:
Content Unavailable
The folder contents could not be displayed because of an unknown error.
Why this happens
The file selection dialog is managed by the system, so the message means there is an integration problem between iOS and your cloud provider app. The cloud app itself might work fine, but if you open your cloud location in iOS Files app — most likely it will show the same error message.
Since this happens outside of KeePassium, the exact cause depends on the specific storage provider app.
How to fix it
- Restart your device — this usually fixes the problem.
- If the issue persists, try a direct connection to your online storage provider, if possible. This way, KeePassium will work with your storage directly, without any intermediate apps.
- Try to reinstall your cloud provider's app.
