How to sync using MagentaCLOUD

This guide explains how to sync KeePassium database with other devices using MagentaCLOUD.

KeePassium supports two synchronization methods for MagentaCLOUD:

• Direct connection via WebDAV — untested, should work
• Integration with iOS Files app — reportedly does not work

Direct connection via WebDAV

With this approach, KeePassium communicates directly with MagentaCLOUD, using WebDAV protocol.

• Your server URL is https://magentacloud.de/remote.php/webdav

Integration with iOS Files app

WARNING

According to user feedback, MagentaCLOUD app does not sync properly via this method. We suggest using the direct connection instead.

• Install MagentaCLOUD app and log in to your account
• Open KeePassium, go to Databases screen (tap < Back if necessary)
• Tap + → Open Database
• If MagentaCLOUD is not visible in the list, make it visible
• Select your database file
